Greenstar Announces Appointment of CFO, Dan Crociata

HOUSTON (August 9, 2010) - Houston-based Greenstar North America (http://www.greenstar-na.com), a leading recycler in North America, today announced the appointment of Dan Crociata as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Crociata replaces Matt Delnick, who was promoted to CEO.  Matt Delnick commented, "I am excited to announce that Dan Crociata has been appointed CFO of Greenstar.  I've known Dan for a number of years and have first-hand knowledge of his leadership skills, business acumen and dedication.  He is a great addition to the team and will be instrumental in helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives."

Since 2007, Mr. Crociata served as Vice President Finance & Administration for Silver Line Building Products, a division of Andersen Windows.  From 1999-2007, Mr. Crociata served in key management positions with Lafarge North America, most recently as Vice President Finance for the Western U.S. Region.  Mr. Crociata earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Central Michigan University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wayne State University.  In addition, he holds the designation of Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
