Greenstar Presented with Sustainability Award

The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) recently presented Greenstar with its 2011 Sustainability Award. The announcement, made at the PRC's annual awards banquet, caps a successful year of partnerships between Greenstar and the PRC.

In 2011, Greenstar participated in several recycling initiatives in Pennsylvania. Most notably, Greenstar partnered with the PRC to collect recycling at all Pittsburgh Steelers home games during the annual "Let's Tackle Recycle" campaign. Greenstar also provided incentives and prizes to Pennsylvania schools during the Keep America Beautiful Recycle Bowl competition.
