San Antonio
Greenstar has two operating recycling facilities, Cornerway and Aniol Street, providing local service in San Antonio. We also offer recycling services to the neighboring communities of Austin, Corpus Christi and the Texas Hill Country.

Cornerway Facility
At 180,000 square feet, Greenstar's newest facility on Cornerway Boulevard in San Antonio is the largest in Texas and one of the largest, most fully-automated single-stream facilities in North America. With a capacity to process 20,000 tons each month, this facility was built to accommodate the growing recycling rates in San Antonio due to the implementation of single-stream residential recycling.

Aniol Street Facility
The San Antonio Aniol Street operations consist of a 75,000-square-foot building containing an automated trailer dumping system, five rail docks, six trailer docks, three drive-in doors, and more than one million pounds of covered storage capacity. We have baling capacity of nearly one million pounds per day.

Leader in Recycling Services
Greenstar is San Antonio's recycling leader with strong results from the introduction of single stream recycling. Recycling volumes have grown by over 200% since single stream was launched in 2004. We process all materials in the curbside bins: paper (ONP, OCC, Junk Mail), aluminum, plastic containers (#1-#7), steel/tin cans and glass containers.

Expedient service and efficient transportation are top priorities. We supply trailers to customers from a national transportation fleet that includes more than 1,000 flatbed and van trailers.

Recycling in Texas
Greenstar has five full service multi-material recycling facilities in Texas--Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. It ensures that expedient service and efficient transportation are top priorities as it supplies trailers to customers from a national transportation fleet that includes more than 1,000 flatbed and van trailers.

Greenstar Texas locations also provide secure multi-media destruction spanning most of the state.

Our paper shredding and document destruction services provide confidential removal and secure destruction for all documents and multi-media materials. Paper and documents are permanently destroyed, offering our clients maximum security and peace of mind.

Security & Industry Standards
The in-house paper shredders are operated by properly trained employees that have passed extensive background checks. And document destruction is conducted inside secure areas with 24-hour security surveillance video systems. As a AAA-Certified member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID), Greenstar is acutely aware of and compliant with all industry standards.
