As Vice President of Sales, Tim is responsible for leading the growth and management of Greenstar sales.

As the founder and president of Delta Management Group, Tim joined Greenstar through its partnership/acquisition of Delta in Greenstar's first year of operation in North America in 2007. He has been instrumental in the growth of Greenstar's National Accounts business and the strategy and development of the overall sales side of Greenstar.

Tim's leadership and sales efforts are recognized in the recycling industry. He has received various awards, including these while president of Delta Management Group:

• Entrepreneur Magazine's "Hot 500" in 2006, which is awarded to the 500 fastest growing, privately held companies in the U.S. (Delta ranked #161)
• Target's Environmental Vendor of the Year in 2005
• Target's Partner Excellence Award in 2005

Prior to forming Delta, Tim was Executive Vice President (with the responsibility of Chief Operating Officer) of Texas Disposal Systems, the largest privately owned solid waste provider in Texas. He was President of Weiswaste, a waste broker/management company with over 8,000 locations under management in the U.S. (sold to Oakleaf in 2001).

An Executive Pastor at his local church, Tim also serves on various business and nonprofit boards.
