Confidential Destruction Consultant – Tulsa

Greenstar Recycling is currently recruiting the following position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Confidential Destruction Consultants at Greenstar are responsible for the daily management of the market area accounts in addition to generating new document destruction business.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage an individual sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals relating to the document destruction book of business
• Daily management of current market area accounts
• Aggressively identify, pursue and acquire a customer base for purpose of generating document destruction business 
• Conducting needs analyses as required to ensure appropriate requirements are delivered to the customer
• Maintaining current knowledge of the competitive market environment relative to the industry

 Requirements:

• Ability to use Data and Market intelligence to identify potential business
• Past success selling solid waste, document destructive and/or recycling services
  • Consultative solution selling experience
    • Generate new business via extensive networking, prospecting, and cold calling
    • Highly developed customer service skills with a proven ability to develop strong client   relationships, both internally and externally
    • Motivated, independent self-starter with results and solution orientation
    • Demonstrated ability to sustain a professional growth strategy while working independently
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office components Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
